About My Work

Responsible for preparation and coordination of procurement plans and procedures for, selection of contractors to perform civil works, selection of consultant and goods procurement;
Lead in the preparation of Bid Documents, Request for Proposal (RFPs), and the processing of evaluation of Bids and proposals, as well as the preparation of all Technical Evaluation Reports, combined Technical and Financial Evaluation Reports, minutes of negotiations, drafts contract, and proposed addenda,
Carry out a detailed review of all the Bidding documents and evaluation reports received from Consultants for the procurement of civil works and good prior to announcement of the bids;
Obtain the necessary clearance from World Bank for awarding contracts and follow up actions;
Manage all contracts (for Contractors and Consultants), including resolution of contractual problems, customs etc.;
Settle disputes, under contracts with contractors, consulting firms and suppliers, in accordance with the contractual provisions;
Ensure compliance with all procedures for procurement according to World Bank Guidelines;
